His most famous work, the Western Warlock, was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, and was made into a movie starring Henry Fonda and Anthony Quinn. Hall received lifetime achievement awards from the PEN American Center and the Cowboy Hall of Fame, and served as a Marine in World War II.
Patrick Lawlor has recorded over three hundred audiobooks in just about every genre. He has been an Audie Award finalist several times and has received several AudioFile Earphones Awards.
