“The author did a fantastic job at making Delta's fabricated reality into the reality that the reader believes is true as well. It takes a while for the reader to start to understand that Delta is delusional and psychotic. We enjoyed the depth that the author gave to Amelia as well. Instead of just being a shallow character, she was someone who you felt the depth of her grief and longing for a child. Overall, this is a well-written, incredibly original, yet unnervingly realistic story that gets you to question if the people in your life are really who they say they are.”
