The Alligator's Mouth is a specialist children's bookshop at the heart of our local community in Richmond. Our mission is to reach all readers: the confident, the beginner, and the reading-resistant. We won a Time Out Love Local Award for best Richmond shop in 2016 and we were shortlisted for The British Book Awards Children's Bookseller of the Year 2017 and 2018, as well as being nominated for British Book Industry Awards Individual Bookseller of the Year 2018.
