Letterpress Books is a family-owned, independent bookstore which opened in the North Deering neighborhood of Portland, ME in 2013.

Katherine Osborne is a lifelong, local bookseller with 35 years of experience. John Paul Bakshoian has recently re-located from Southern California, where he was a Walt Disney Imagineer for 10 years, and Karen Bakshoian, Kath’s mom, lived in California for 25 years, working in marketing for a successful software company, but has longed to return to Maine and finally has!
